In this series he will cover the most useful nodes in Nuke for matte painters. He covers some example uses for each, as well as best practices and general guides.
Stefania popped by the studio for a shoot for both her and Peter’s folio and wanted to do something a little out of the box. They were talking and brainstorming, going through a bunch of books we have at the studio and Stef found Madonna’s ‘Sex’ book, and started expressing her love for Madonna. They both then decided to base their shoot as a homage to Madonna, recreating two of her iconic images on location and in the studio. This tutorial is NSFW but was a lot of fun creating and we hope you love seeing these two work together.
- Peter uses this 1 second exposure trick a lot with his fashion clients as it creates a surreal effect that is great for hero shots and advertising. This in camera trick can’t be replicated in photoshop, and you will never get the same photo twice!
