While you may not choose to use this for your next wedding album, it should be a handy effect to have on your shelf when you need to apply a quick tech feel to an image. At first glance this action may look like a simple application of the Mosaic filter, but while it does incorporate that feature, the end result is something significantly more sophisticated. As is the case with all the actions I create, Ive given you the user a wide latitude to customize this affect to your liking. You are in control of the size of the blocks, and can fully edit the layers used for the effect when the action is complete.The Film Urban Blue action will create the blue effect on a duplicate layer of your flattened image, utilizing adjustment layers and smart filters. When the effect is complete, you can choose to leave the layers in place to fine-tune the look, or you can choose to merge the layers for simplicity.
