What You'll Learn Do you know that only 10 percent of all students graduating with a degree in Photography end up working in their field? That’s a 90% failure rate. Why is that? Joel will take you through one of the most important sets of tutorials you will ever take and teach you how to be a successful photographer. After working as a commercial advertising photographer for over 35 years with some of the biggest clients in the world, Joel knows how to get business. He is holding nothing back and reveals all his secrets.

You’ll learn posing tips to make your clients look their best. I’ll show you how to position your clients in a way that will light them beautifully so the photos are flattering.

In this tutorial I explain and show all the secrets behind this look and style. I show and explain how the light was made as well and tale you through the whole post-production process. Both light and edit is important for this look. I also do a different style of color grading that I don’t show in any other video here.
Capture One is used like raw converter and for some basic adjustments. Most of the color grading and all the skin retouch are done in Photoshop without using any filters, actions or plugins.
Camera: Canon 5DS R
Light: Available light
Software for retouch and color: Capture One & Photoshop
Length: 53 minutes (all in real time and recorded in one piece)
