Halte Font Family

Halte is a display typeface family inspired by the tram and bus stop signage found around Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. The origin of the signs and their unique, idiosyncratic forms remains unclear despite extensive research, but Halte reconciles their quirky vernacular with the practical requirements of strong signage typefaces for medium and large texts. It is condensed and blocky, but also includes delicate curves that make it both charming and commanding.

Akhand Malayalam Font Family

Akhand Malayalam is a family of 8 compact mono-linear typefaces and part of the super family Akhand Multiscript. The letterforms are dynamic; typically round shapes appear more compact, as their verticals have been flattened. This ‘straightening out’ gives text set in the typefaces a streamlined look. Akhand Malayalam is designed according to a modular system. All shapes bear a strong commonality to each other, without becoming repetitive. However, the curves in the modules have all been optically corrected, removing the mechanical nature that would otherwise become too dominant.

FS Europa Title - Custom Type for UEFA Europa League 2018—21

Way back in the summer of 2016, Turquoise Branding invited us to collaborate on a pitch to rebrand the UEFA Europa League 2018—21 competition. Turquoise were developing an angular symbol for UEFA, a wave of energy that passes through and unites all visual elements of the identity. They were looking to create a bespoke typeface that reflected this theme, one that could embody the spirit of the dynamic proposal and become synonymous with the competitions values. A typeface that could communicate energy, ambition, spark and positivity.

Rough Tough Font

This font was created using various rubber stamps, scanning them and then distorting them in Adobe Photo Shop. This font was made with old, ripped display posters in mind. In our opinion the rougher the better! With a turn of the century print work shop thrown into the mix, it gives this collection a authentic and unique look. The distorted and effected look of the upper case type give it a rather aggressive feel. With numbers and some symbols this font collection would be great for a stamp effect, steam punk or vintage feel to your design.

Neumann Font

Our latest release is the Didones inspired – sturdy and “mechanical” Neumann. It all started with the idea of a revival of the Quirinus typeface, designed by Alessandro Butti and published by the Italian type foundry Nebiolo back in 1939. We first saw the typeface back in 2012 in the Vasil Ionchev’s book “Шрифтът през вековете” (not translated in English) and instantly fell in love with it – it was a different kind of high-contrast design – way more technical looking than the other didones.
