Easy Invert can also operate in Auto Mode. Auto Mode always adjusts the display of the screen based on the active window. If there is an annoying contrast difference between the active window and the rest of the screen, it will cover the distracting parts of the screen using a hotkey-activated background panel.

Easy Invert makes display changes using various color filters. Based on its own settings, each color filter replaces certain colors with other colors. You can also use custom color filters. The software provides several options for setting custom color filters.
