This is a modifier that helps fix various eye problems.

On a technical level, it's a Geometry Nodes modifier. It extracts the vertices you add to a vertex group, measures the initial distance from the center of the eyeball to each vertex, and maintains that distance so that the vertices don't move inside the eyeball or go too far. Self-intersection is more complex, but it's also controlled by Geometry Nodes.
