A screenshot with the Hair and Fur modifier settings is included in the archive.
File formats obj, fbx without wool.
If the hair does not scale, then in the settings for hair and fur you need to open
Tools tab, activate the inscription Recomb From Splines, specify the ones available in the scene
slines, and the wool will take on the desired size (you can then remove it).
