Tsuku Sans Serif is a digital typeface, strongly associated with the geometric style born in the Bauhaus school. It features geometric lines with a large x-height, displaying compact caps. This font contains five weights – thin, light, regular, medium and bold – and provides a large number of glyphs – uppercase, lowercase, numerals, diacritics, punctuation and symbols (namely arrows). The character of this typeface is expressed by long serifs that replace traditional drops. The serifs allow for some interesting discretionary ligatures, like “fa” or “Ta”. Contrast is distributed from monolinear in hairline and all the way to the extreme in the black style. Symbols and punctuation are drawn with monolinear strokes to give the typeface more playful typesetting. With two stylistic sets the typeface enables different typesetting opportunities. »SIGMA« is the name for the Greek voiceless »S«. It is also called the »Lunar Sigma«, in Hellenistic times the letter was simplified to »C«. I thought SIGMA was a nice name for my new, very readable and friendly Sans typeface.

Straight Line is essentially an outline Modern, but drawn without any curves whatsoever. Thin horizontals and thick verticals provide the classic look of a Didone, updated and enhanced by clean, minimalist geometry. In addition to the Straight Line font itself, the package includes Straight Line Solid with matching spacing and kerning. The Solid font can be used solo, or layered with the outline font to provide a colour background.

Mid Century Sans (MCS) is composed of high-geometric shapes. In the middle of the twentieth century, one big movement which was called Mid-century modern had occurred. The Mid-century modern movement in the U.S. was an American reflection of the International and Bauhaus movements and it was slightly more organic in form and less formal than the International Bauhaus-style. In other words, it was friendly and stylish. Trine Rask’s Rum is designed inside out, focusing on the counters. The counters are repeated throughout the typeface, which gives a strong text image in small and especially in display sizes. It is both very simple and very delicate in detail. Rum Sans has a large character set with alternative characters that make it possible to create a more soft and round text image. It has very delicate swashes that work like a discreet period after a word.
