In this filmmaking class, Karl demonstrates how to use lighting ratios to achieve different moods in your videos.  The key is finding the right balance of light and shadow for the mood you want to create. To help you do that, Karl sets up an interview-style shoot and demonstrates a variety of different lighting setups using a selection of lights, modifiers and props.  The effects he achieves range from soft, bright and airy to dark and mysterious.
