Here’s a brief outline of what we’ll cover in this course:Lesson 1 is about planning your podcast, from the topic and content covered to the format and structure.Lesson 2 will go over what equipment you need to get the best possible video and audio for your preferred setup and budget.Lesson 3 covers everything you need to do to prepare for your recording session, from vocal practice to interview tips and tricks.Lesson 4 is all about the big day - the recording itself. You’ll learn everything from scheduling, microphone technique, and the easily overlooked things you can do to elevate your presentation and quality.Lesson 5 is an editing crash course, and will teach you the fundamentals of editing audio and video on any editing software. You’ll learn how to enhance your audio quality, make your podcast flow, add intros and outros, as well as fix many of the common mistakes that can happen during a recording.Lesson 6 will show you how to upload your podcast for the world to see, and how to use an RSS feed, blurbs and keywords to elevate your show to the top of people’s lists. We’ll also touch on some different ways you can market your podcast, and how you can turn your podcast into engaging social media clips.
