For this course you’ll need: The course is divided into 4 main parts. First, we will dive into basic flower anatomy and you will understand the main differences between flower types. Then, we will start sketching on paper and experiment with watercolor techniques and then use the tools in Adobe Fresco. As a biologist graduate, I like to go to the process of drawing the flower, not from a quick observation, and then immediate drawing (except if your artistic practice is focused on shapes only), but on understanding how and why the flower looks like a flower and draw the flower with the logical anatomy and structures. We will cover the anatomy of a basic flower structure, main flower types. I won’t be able to tell you everything, but with further research and mindset, you can get to a very high level of drawing anatomically correct flowers!
