In this course, you'll learn how professional VFX artists approach workflows inside Houdini. One of the greatest challenges when creating incredible Houdini FX is simply knowing how to approach the project in a procedural way. It takes FXTDs years to learn the secrets to approaching complex FX projects, but in this course, you'll fast-track your knowledge of Houdini workflows by learning from an industry insider. In this pro-level course, you'll learn from Hernan Llano as he guides you through the process of planning, developing, and creating film-quality FX projects. 

The course will start by explaining how to tackle VFX problems and think algorithmically. In the first scene, we’ll explore advanced concepts like Matrix Extraction, HDA Development, and the RBD Framework. Hernan take an in-depth look at Ground Fracturing along with complex tree development for CG scenes. Later in the course, we’ll prep and analyze even more scenes, giving you the ability to practice the techniques for yourself and build a killer demo reel.
