What is DuckFlow?
DuckFlow is a smart audio ducking extension designed for video editors and motion designers who like to listen to music or other audio while working inside After Effects or Premiere Pro.

The problem is that external audio (music players, notifications, etc.) mixes with the timeline audio. Every time you want to play the timeline, you have to manually mute the player, play the timeline, and then unmute it again. This breaks your workflow and wastes time.
