Its playful textured handwritten font with lots of ligatures and alternative symbols for the whole alphabet.  Tulip Garden was created in order to repeat the peculiarities of hand-writing, where each letter is special where combinations of letters are unique and the work of a human feels. Open type features include set of alternate uppercase & alternate lowercase letters, a lot of ligatures and some contextual alternatives (initial and final glyphs).
