The set comes with 1x ABR files. The scattered clouds are pressure sensitive which means, if you have a graphics tablet, you will be able to choose the pressure you want to add to the clouds onto your project.

You can either drag the ABR file directly into your Photoshop window, or you can go under Edit Presets Preset Manager, select Brushes from the drop-down menu, and then add your brushes using the “Load” button.
