  • These true to color Lightroom Classic presets are designed to enhance natural beauty and keep colors true to life. (These presets are compatible with Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, & Adobe Camera Raw for desktop. THESE ARE NOT MOBILE PRESETS. Mobile presets are sold separately in my Etsy shop!)
  • As a professional photographer, I’ve spent years trying to nail down the perfect True to Color preset in Lightroom. I would never promise ‘one-click edits’, or that you will not have to make your own adjustments once these presets are applied, but I can promise that I’ve poured my absolute heart and soul into creating these for you and I wouldn’t offer them if I didn’t use them for my own clients.
  • I wanted to offer a pack that came with small adjustments based on the lighting situation you’re taking photos in. Each preset uses the same base to achieve a consistent color palette, and then minor adjustments are made to compensate for different lighting circumstances.

I've worked hard on these presets to make them as seamless as possible, and have tested them on numerous photographers RAW images. So whether you shoot with Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc. these presets will work for you! Once you've applied the edit, you can just adjust the exposure and temperature as you'd like. Only very minor adjustments will need to be made, if any, once you've applied these presets to your photos.

I hope you love these as much as I do, and that they are such a blessing to you and your business!!

Madi Aldy Photo - True Colors Desktop Preset Pack

#1 Studio Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This preset is adjusted for indoor lighting. The biggest differences you’ll see are a decrease in yellows to enhance whites/off-white walls and backdrops, as well as some minor color adjustments to make sure they still pop. I use this preset for all of my studio sessions as well as any indoor or low light situations. You may need to adjust exposure and temperature depending on the type of lighting you’re shooting in, or how many windows are present. Included in this preset pack is a free editing tutorial video where I’ll show you my biggest tips and tricks for getting the most out of the Studio preset.

#2 Direct Sun Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This preset is adjusted for harsh and direct sunlight. Direct sun can be scary, but it can actually make for some pretty incredible photos if you give it a chance! The biggest problem I face while shooting in direct sunlight is how DARK BLUE the sky looks in photos (and not in a good way… iykyk) That’s why this preset includes a sky mask to maintain softer blues that look more cohesive with images from other lighting circumstances. This preset preserves highlights and details while still emphasizing shadows. It makes colors pop and white dresses stand out in the best way! I recommend shooting underexposed in direct sunlight in order to get the most out of this preset.

#3 Sunset Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This preset is for those stunning golden hour images. It’s adjusted to preserve warmth without washing out your subject or clients. There’s a slight increase in reds and a decrease in shadows to keep that subtle but true contrast. I recommend shooting underexposed, with a lens hood, with your subject backlit to get the most out of this preset. If you feel like your images still need some additional contrast once this preset is applied, I would add a subtle dehaze linear gradient mask.

#4 Overcast Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This preset is adjusted for rainy & overcast weather (aka my favorite!!!). It’s designed to make colors pop against a more grey or cloudy background. After applying this preset, my main adjustments are exposure, shadows, temp/tint, and I will occasionally bring down the highlights even further. There is a mask included in this preset, as I typically add a linear gradient from the bottom which decreases shadows and exposure when editing my overcast photos. (You can always delete this mask if you find it unnecessary.)

#5 Open Shade Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This is my FAVORITE preset in the pack. Probably because it needs the least amount of adjustments and it’s so satisfying to watch it just transform my photos in Lightroom to exactly what I want haha. Open shade is what I always try to shoot in when I have the choice. It creates the most even lighting on your clients and on the background. With this preset on your open shade photos, you’ll just be enhancing those natural colors that you see in your camera and getting that smooth but sharp finish.

#6 Blue Hour Preset for Lightroom Classic:

This preset is for those magic hour moments! It’s adjusted to bring out warmth even in those blue hues and keep colors natural and vibrant. The biggest differences in this preset are the decrease in reds & highlights, and the increase in shadows. I recommend shooting underexposed for this preset to preserve detail and limit grain in camera. You can always bring up the exposure in editing after applying the Blue Hour preset.

#7 Flash Preset for Lightroom Classic:

Party vibes!!! This preset is all about showcasing the bright highlights and whites that come from flash photography in the most complimentary way. You’ll also notice a decrease in grain from this preset as I personally love the look of sharper & stand out flash photos. Included in this preset pack is a free editing tutorial video where I’ll show you my biggest tips and tricks for getting the most out of the Flash preset.

#8 Black & White Preset for Lightroom Classic:

I know this is the True Colors preset pack, but I just HAD to include a timeless black & white preset to complete the set! This preset creates an old hollywood film like edit to your photos. An instant classic! I love the brighter highlights and decreased shadows to really create contrast and give emotion to your images. You’ll also notice a bit more grain in this one, while maintaining those soft skin textures.

*****My Vintage Film Preset for Lightroom Classic is not included in this pack, but is sold separately in my shop*****
