Crashing on open. Don't download. It is not working

Hi. This version have the Genuine 5 days popup on Ps and Ai. When i got it i didn't want to use more time to test the other apps on. But Ps and Ai not working because of the Genuine popup.
There is no extra popup fix with this. But i had the Wintrust fix my self but that didn't even work on this version. So useless :(
